Volunteer Opportunities
In preparation for Prairie Restoration, we will be burning logging slash and brush piles at the Headwaters Preserve this winter until all piles have been burned. We have about 40 brush piles to burn and could use as much help as possible.

For these work parties, we will be meeting at the Headwaters Nature Preserve Parking Lot off of 70th Avenue in Roberts, WI.

​8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Please feel free to help for half a day.​

Earth of Foxes - Kelly Creek Storybook Trail
Enjoy a new addition to Kelly Creek Nature Preserve, the storybook trail! Local author and illustrator Erin Hangero's wonderful book called Earth of Foxes takes you through the alphabet of different groupings of animals such as a school of fish, an earth of foxes and many more!
